RB Innovate LLP ("the Firm", "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting it in all respects. RB Innovate LLP acts as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) in respect of personal data collected directly from users of the Site. Where RB Innovate LLP processes personal data on behalf of a Client (for example, through WhatsApp Bot or Gmail integration), it acts as a Data Processor and the Client is the Data Fiduciary.
When you register on the Site or for the Service, we may collect basic contact information such as your name, gender, age, address, pin code, contact number, occupation, interests, and email address. Where you register using a third-party account (such as Google or a social media platform), we may retrieve profile information from that account solely to set up and maintain your account with us and to provide the Service.
To improve the responsiveness of the Site, we may use cookies or similar technologies to assign each visitor a unique session identifier, allowing us to understand how users interact with the Site. Unless you voluntarily identify yourself (for example, by registering), we have no way of linking cookie data to you personally. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; however, some features of the Site may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.
Our web servers automatically collect limited technical information about your connection to the Internet, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. Where a Client subscribes to our WhatsApp Bot or Gmail/email integration services, we may process personal data on behalf of that Client, including message content, phone numbers, email addresses, email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, timestamps), and associated communication records. This data is processed solely to deliver and improve the subscribed services.
Our use of data obtained via Google APIs — including Gmail — strictly adheres to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data will not be used to develop or improve AI or machine learning models, to serve advertising, or to allow humans to read email content except with the Client's explicit consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.
WhatsApp message data is processed in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and is not sold or shared with unauthorised third parties.
The Site may include links to third-party websites. Such sites are governed by their own privacy policies, which are beyond our control. Once you leave our Site, any information you provide is subject to the privacy policy of the operator of that third-party site. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

We do not use personal information for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes stated at the time of collection without obtaining fresh consent.
Information you post or share in public sections of the Site becomes publicly available content and is not treated as personal data subject to this Privacy Policy.

After deletion, residual copies may persist on backup systems for a limited period before full purge, and will not be used for any active processing during that time.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While we strive to protect your personal information, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the Internet. We may decline requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardise the privacy of others, or are otherwise impractical. Where we provide access or correction services, we do so free of charge unless doing so requires a disproportionate effort.
The Site and Service are intended for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Individuals under the age of 18 may only use the Service with the involvement, guidance, and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for compliance with this Privacy Policy on the minor's behalf.
